Valencia Orange is a variety of Spanish origin. It is caused by an eye mutation. It forms a spherical and dense crown. The trees are medium sized. The fruits are round, the skin of the fruit is slightly rough and of medium thickness.

Fruit flesh quality is high. The amount of juice is 45% and the sugar ratio is balanced. It is a variety intended for both table and industry (squeezing). Its efficiency is regular. And ecology does not choose. It can be grown economically in a wide range from cold subtropical climate to desert climate. It is a late variety.

There are clones grown around the world. The most important of these are Olinda, Frost, Campbell, Cutter, Midknight and Delta.
